What is Brazilian Jiu Jitsu ?

It is a style of martial art that focuses on ground fighting with the focus on body positioning and leverage. This style of martial arts is ideal for women as well as men as enables the less strong, smaller opponent to effectively defend themselves and ultimately end up in an advantageous position where they can administer joint locks and choke holds. It is also a way of becoming mentally and physically fit while thriving to learn something new and fun.

What is Wrestling/Grappling?

Grappling is submission fighting. Submissions apply pressure to joints and/or arteries that force your opponent to give up. Submissions are a highly effect method of combat to handle a situation without causing severe damage or trauma to an opponent. Although grapplers start on their feet, most of the serious work is done once the fight has been taken to the ground. Boxing has proven to be extremely efficient in combat for hundreds of years. Boxing helps boost your speed, strength, conditioning, health, and self-defense. Boxing is combat effective. By combat effective, we mean that boxing can be used for self-protection. The benefits of boxing are far and wide, but seriously depend on training methods. A form of martial art that combines boxing with elements of karate, in particular kicking with bare feet.
